Besan-Suji Uttpam


Ingredients:--

1) Half cup suji (semolina)
2) Half cup besan (gram flour)
3) One green chilli
4) One small onion
5) Coriander leaves
6) Refined oil for cooking
7) Salt (as per taste)

Method:--

Mix suji and besan, add salt according to taste. Heat tawa on fire, put half tea spoon of refined oil on it. Clean tawa with a wet cloth, now put half teaspoon of oil on tawa and spread it . Put one tablespoon of batter on tawa and spread it.Take one teaspoon of oil and spread over uttapam.Cook uttapam from both sides by pressing it.Serve it hot with tea.
